My ambition is to inspire other people to dream. I love connecting with the experts, the musicians, and artists of all kinds, to bring out the very best in them, to love to work & live with them to show personal intent and integrity, so that others want to join our projects too.

My dreams are about creation, novelty, beauty, mastery, etc, I am pretty excited about design and transformation through multidisciplinary teams. I am less excited about technology for technology sake, but more about application and societal impact. Foresight scenario thinking and practices intrigue me, as well as non-linear-thinking.

I am at my best in my role as architect/designer/curator of memorable experiences. Those experiences can be events (1-3 days) or long-term coaching engagements using immersive learning techniques to help companies in transformation projects. I like the mix of solitude desk-research, combined with meeting great people, and creating serendipities and intensities. I like the smell of “stage” and creating uniqueness. I have an urge to challenge the status-quo.

I am working for Innotribe: SWIFT‘s innovation initiative. I am a TEDx speaker, REXpedition member, and member of the WEF Tiger team Personal Data. I am co-initiator of Corporate Rebels United, a movement to unite corporate rebels worldwide to ensure that true change happens virally.

I am excited about technology and its impact on society. This blog is a challenging mix of topics related to technology, corporate values, and leading by being.
